Troll Hunter directed by André Øvredal is a very clever and original Norwegian film. Its about a group of college students who document the life of Hans, a Troll Hunter working for the Troll Security Service in Norway.
The events in the movie are not real. But they still treat the movie as if it was real. I find that to be what makes the movie so good.
The CGI looks believable. And the subtitles through out the whole movie since it is a foreign film don't get to annoying to read. I feel a little thing like subtitles makes it even more entertaining and beilevable.
Overall if you dig fantasy and most of all Trolls I think The Troll Hunter will not disappoint.

Chelsea Wolfe's LP "apokalypsis" is a doom filled, but relaxing collection of dark wave folk songs. Released on Pendu Sound based out of New York City.
I just happened to stumble upon Chelsea's music and right away it reminded me of Beck's early years. But Chelsea was different. Her music is very dark and soothing. Tracks like "The Wasteland" just put meatloaf in my chest. Just awesome. The background screeching, sounds like something you would hear in a haunted house.
Over all the whole LP just flows together. Its a constant feel to the album, some more upbeat songs but nothing that doesn't work well with the other tracks. All Wolfe's music is best lissend to in the dark or on a midnight drive on the high way. Just relaxing.

For the last month or so Teen Nick has been showing 90s Nickalodeon on week nights at 12 midnight to 2am. Than repeats from 2am to 4am. Its great! Im almost enjoying it more now than I did back in the day. Shows include All That, Kenan an Kel(One of the better shows), Clarrissa Explains it All, Doug, Rockos Modern Life and Hey Arnold. Many more 90s Nick to come in the future like Hey Dude, Ahhhh Real Monsters, Ren and Stimpy and Salute Your Shorts just to name a few. YEAH!

You Love Her Coz She's Dead's (YLHCSD) Elle Dead and Jay Dead formed in 2007 in the United Kingdom.
Very much like other bands like Crystal Castles and Kap Bambino but YLHCSD seems to have a little bit more electro influences in their music. For example the track "Mud" has some Dubstep wobble ect. And previous to this debut they released two Mix Tapes with remixes and other artist they were into like Justice, Uffie, Bloody Beetroots, Skrillex and many more. This influence show's in the debut.
This release has nothing ground breaking but never the less very entertaining. 7/10

Tracks that are okay but mostly skip: "Softer Cell".

Foster the People's Debut LP "Torches" released May 23 2011 is an up beat, electro pop filled release thats perfect for the summer time. You can't not tap your foot to the sound. Very catchy.
Based out of Los Angeles, California Foster the People's most well known song is "Pumped Up Kicks" witch reached Number One on the Billboard's Alternative Song chart in the United States.

Great opener to the album. Catchy beats and great keyboard and guitar riffs.
"Pumped Up Kicks".
Has been called the Summer Anthem of 2011. Very good. It makes you feel good. Catchy beats/drums and on the chores you can't not sing along. But if you listen to the lyrics its a very dark song. I feel its about a kid who took his fathers gun and bullets and goes on a killing spree, killing the Jock kids "All the other kids with the pumped up kicks better run, better run, out run my gun..." The kids troubled because his father is an alcoholic and possibly beats him. Its very well written.
"Houdini".
Another great catchy track. Just great.
Overall the whole album flows nicely together. Check it out and give it a try. You won't be disappointed.
Wild at Heart is a 1990 American film written and directed by David Lynch, and based on Barry Gifford's 1989 novel Wild at Heart: The Story of Sailer and Lula.
This movie is a cult classic. David Lynch just did a great job. Very weird/disturbing love story that almost any one can enjoy. I strongly recommend this film.
Kap Bambino is an electronic musical duo from Bordeaux, France. The group is known for Caroline Martial's wild vocals and Orion Bouvier' electronic metal mixes. They have been on many labels including Because Music, wwilko and Alt< Delt.
They are another one of my favorite bands. Very electronic/8-Bit sounds but heavily influenced by Punk/Grunge. From seeing interviews and such Catoline and Orion seem like some pretty chill/nice people to talk to.
French electro house artist KAVINSKY has released three EPs on the Record Makers label. Kavinskys style is very 1980s. It makes you feel like you are cruising in a Delorean late on a summer night. Just great!
The Ren and Stimpy Show was created by John Kricfalusi in 1991 on Niclelodeon. It ended in 1996 with five seasons in all. It was a huge hit. Ren and Stimpy are both iconic characters of the 90s. The show had a huge fan base. But the show ended.
Later in 2003 appearing on Spike TV as a "Adult" version called Ren and Stimpy the Adult Party Show. Its over the top with dark humor, cartoon nudity, sex and violence. John K the Adult Party Show is how he wanted the show to be like. But back in the 90s there were over the top censoring on Nick. Sadly the show was to over the top for Spike TV as well it was canceled and banned after only two episodes airing.
Overall I have always loved Ren and Stimpy. They are a fond memory I have from the 90s when I was a kid. And even now with the Adult Party Show I still love it. Ren and Stimpy grew up with there fans and The Adult Party Show proves it.

This could be one of my favorite songs and videos done by Madonna. Its an iconic song of the 80s and very controversial at the time. For the burning crosses in the vid/black Jesus figure and such. It was all over MTV and became the Number 1 song of 1989. You have all probley seen it/heard it. If not. You should have. Just kidding. But for all you people who live under a rock check it out. haha
When MTV was Music Television. Not like it is today. Music Videos of all kinds should be played 24/7. The main stream music should be in the mix with other not so mains stream artist. This way all types of music would be appreciated. The 80s and most of the 90s is where MTV was at its prime. Today there needs to be NO more shows like The Hills, Teen Wolf, 16 an Pregnant and Jersey Shore on MTV. Which was a channel created to souley be dedicated to Music.
